Week 2 - Things You Need To Know

Sir Isaac Newton discovered that objects in motion tend to stay in motion, and objects at rest tend to stay at rest. He might as well have added that people in motion tend to stay in motion and people at rest tend to stay at rest. If you can get a person moving in the right direction, either physically or mentally, starting with something easy or perhaps for fun, you will be to generate positive momentum. The hardest thing to do is to begin. As the saying goes, a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. But once you are in motion, the laws of physics are engaged in your favor.
